Set Up a T-Mobile Online Account
Setting up online access for your T-Mobile account is relatively easy and will simply require that you fill out the forms on the Sign up for My T-Mobile page. After you have your online account in place, you can sign in to your account by going to my.t-mobile.com login and entering your phone number and password before clicking the LOG IN button.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your account history, pay your bill online (discussed below), make changes to your account, receive customer support and more.
T-Mobile Bill Payment Methods
Being one of the largest telecommunications company in the world, T-Mobile has the infrastructure allow its customers a multitude of ways to pay their bills, with the most popular being:

To pay your bill online, log in to your account as described in the previous section and go to the BILLING section. Once there, select PAY BILL and follow the instructions given on the screen to complete your transaction.

Payments on your account can be made over the phone by calling the T-Mobile customer service line, which is available by dialing (877) 746-0909 from any phone. Likewise, if you are calling from your T-Mobile phone line, you can simply dial 611 instead.
T-Mobile will accept checks or money orders through the mail. When sending a payment this way, make sure to write your account number somewhere on the payment itself to ensure that your account is credited correctly. When you are ready to mail out the payment, send it to one of the following addresses based on whichever is closest to wherever you live:
You can have your T-Mobile bill paid automatically every month using the company’s EasyPay system. This can be accessed by logging in to your online account, then going to BILLING and selecting SIGN UP underneath the Bill highlights area. From there, follow the instructions to have your payment withdrawn from a checking or credit account without any further input from you every month.
Your bill can also be paid in person if you visit any T-Mobile authorized location. To find one near you, use their store locator.
