Considering you found your way to this page, there probably isn’t anything I can tell you about Old Navy that you don’t already know. Other than some random trivia like the fact that Old Navy is owned by Gap or that your Old Navy credit card can also be used at Gap locations and Banana Republics, Piperlime and Athleta.
You can also use your Old Navy store credit card to shop for clothes online at oldnavy.gap.com or any of the shops that I mentioned earlier.

How can I make a payment over the phone?
There is actually not a phone number set up for payments, but if you call the Old Navy customer service number and speak with one of their live agents, he or she can help you get your payment taken care of over the phone. The number for you to dial to do this is (877) 222-6868.
What is the mailing address for me to send a check or money order?
When sending your payment through the mail, make sure to write you full Old Navy credit card account number on the check or money order. Send the payment to:
P.O. Box 530942
Atlanta, GA 30353-0942
Be sure to have enough time for your mailed-in payment to be delivered to Old Navy so it’s on time. As a rule of thumb, you should try to send it at least 5 days before the actual due date.
Can I make a payment in person at an Old Navy store?
While this might seem like a no-brainer, the truth of the matter is that Old Navy stores are not currently set up to accept payments for your credit card balance.
